This service provides independent advisory and consulting on Porsche vehicle specification only. It does not include the sale, supply, brokerage, or delivery of any vehicle or after sale service.

The Provider is not affiliated with, employed by, or acting on behalf of Porsche AG, Porsche South Africa, or any Porsche dealership.

The Provider has no authority to place orders, secure allocations, influence production, alter delivery timelines, or act on behalf of any dealership or manufacturer.

All vehicle orders are placed directly by the Client with a Porsche dealership. The Provider is not involved in the submission or execution of the final order.

The Client is solely responsible for verifying and approving the final vehicle specification, pricing, and order documentation before submission to the dealership.

The Provider accepts no liability for dealership errors, omissions, miscommunication, incorrect order capture, or any failure by a salesperson or Porsche Centre.

No guarantee is made regarding the final appearance, performance, suitability, or subjective satisfaction of the vehicle once delivered.

The Provider shall not be held liable, financially or otherwise, for any loss, dissatisfaction, delay, error, or consequence arising from the vehicle specification, ordering process, or final product.

Fees are payable upfront, non-refundable, and are charged for advisory time and expertise, not for the purchase or delivery of a vehicle.

Payment for this service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and acknowledgment that the Provider provides advice only, with all final decisions and outcomes resting with the Client.
